Spring has Sprung! Haileybury International Summer School welcomes its first Spring School pupils

TALL TALES FROM OXFORD

The Haileybury International Summer School students took a magical mystery tour of The Story Museum in Oxford this week.  The pupils were immersed into the wonderful world of Narnia from the CS Lewis novels.  The author taught at Oxford's famous Magdalen College when he wrote the world famous childrens' series The Chronicals of Narnia.

Pupils also had the opportunity to act out scenes from Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland as they learned the art of story telling.  Carroll was a Mathematics don at Oxford University's Christchurch College in the 19th century.
