Haileybury International Summer School 2022

Welcome to Haileybury International Summer School!  

Our international pupils have begun to arrive at Haileybury for our first in-house summer school.  The sun is shining, the mercury is rising and we are excited to welcome our pupils from all over the world to our beautiful, traditional English boarding school.

Into the Dragons' Den

This week saw four teams enter the Dragons' lair to pitch their ideas. Everyone had been working hard on their concepts and presentations in the 'Dragons' Den' Project Class.  They all  impressed the fearsome dragons, Simon, Fiona and Dom, with their ingenuity and excellent presentation skills. Dragons Fiona and Simon take notes Cecilia and Marie argue the case for their 'Eco Topia' Nana and Christian pitch their 'Safe Cyclist'  The all-you-need 'Party Box' was a great idea

Summer 2023 - the first week of Haileybury International Summer School gets off to a flying start

   Evening activities bounced along nicely as the Summer School pupils enjoyed Zorbing on the Haileybury pitches this week. The Kitchen will filled with the delicious aroma of baking this week as the pupils began their gastronomic competition with shortbread.  From bows to butterflies, large and small, the biscuits all tasted delicious.   Cooking up a storm There was a clear winner on Monday, though, as Tomas took the wooden spoon prize as star baker or the day.    Out on the pitches for Focus Group time Busy in Arts & Crafts  Stepping out in Dance Class in the traditional surroundings of Bradbury Hall   Assistant Activity Manager, Joey strikes a pose Cup cake wars in Bake-Off   Another Star Baker!
