Bakers, you have one hour to create your best British Shortbread...

This week's Bake-Off got off to a flying start as the pupils donned their finest stripy aprons to create a British classic - shortbread biscuits.  It was a closely fought competition, but the winner was Vittoria whose star biscuits were the star turn of the day.

Monday's Star Baker was Vittoria with her delicious shortbreads.  Well done!

On Wednesday our pupils took a tour around the architectural gems of the world-famous university city of Oxford.  Their walking tour took in the sights and secrets of  Britain's oldest seat of learning, lead by a college undergraduate.   Later in the afternoon they had some time to visit Oxford's shops for some retail therapy!

Fun and Games (and a Splash of Colour) for Course B Arrivals

The new recruits gathered in Haileybury's beautiful central quad to play games, sport and mingle with new friends from around the world as the second course of Haileybury International Summer School 2024 commenced. As they entered through the archway of the Form block, things got off to a colourful start as our students had a lesson in graffiti art from professional artist, Mark Peachey.
