Cambridge - Punting along the Cam

Cambridge was the destination this Wednesday and pupils dodged the raindrops as they stepped into their boats for a trip along the river Cam.  They passed the famous University Colleges including King's, known for its Gothic chapel, and Trinity, founded by King Henry VIII.  

Everyone enjoyed the punting and experienced some British summer weather into the bargain!

Oxford - A Fountain of Knowledge and Shopping!

On Wednesday our pupils took a tour around the architectural gems of the world-famous university city of Oxford.  Their walking tour took in the sights and secrets of  Britain's oldest seat of learning, lead by a college undergraduate.   Later in the afternoon they had some time to visit Oxford's shops for some retail therapy!
